D – New recipe: Paleo Spaghetti & Meatball Bites (made w/gr beef & spices, tomato sauce, spaghetti squash, coconut oil). This was a really neat presentation…cooked in muffin tins - looked like a birds nest with a meat ball on top. That’s what drew me to it in the first place. It tasted pretty good. I never had spaghetti squash before…if you can’t have actual pasta, it was a nice alternative.
